The "Disney Blues" is a term coined for people who suffer from "post-Disney depression". It is also referred to as the Disney Hangover. If you have yet to visit Disney World, you may think this sounds insane, but for those who have been, you know the pain all too well. You're back home, it's cold, there's no bounty platters, there's nothing to do but see what daytime TV programmes are on. Oh, and going back to work.
There are few ways to help ease the pain, although there is only one cure for Disney Blues, but it's not cheap. Stay tuned.
The trick is to make your time back at home an extension of your Disney holiday. This can include watching Disney movies, listening to Disney music, spending time going through and sharing your Disney photos and videos. Another good way is to connect and share your experiences with other Disney Fans on our Facebook page or on our Facebook group
You can also check out the wait times when you're home on the Disney app. If you see Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at 100 minutes, you can give a sigh of relief that you wouldn't want to be waiting in that.
Until you realise you'd rather be waiting in that than sat at home.
