CDC Releases Questionnaire To Determine If You Can Travel To The US

The CDC has released a new easy questionnaire that tells travellers what is required to board a flight to the United States. The US officially opens their borders to us Brits (and other countries) starting November 8th for fully vaccinated adults. The questionnaire asks about the vaccines you have received (showing your NHS pass is accepted!) And also what testing requirements will be applicable to you before boarding.
