COVID-19 Florida Model Now Puts Death Peak To June

Healthdata.org (who creates models based on official COVID-19 data) has updated their models with the most recent data to suggest that the death peak due to COVID-19 will happen during June. With businesses starting to reopen, and Disney Springs due to reopen on May 20th, this was inevitable as governments try to balance the spread of the virus with saving people's livelihoods. The graph above shows the projected daily death rate for the state of Florida as we head into the summer.
