Disney Might Be Looking To Phase Out Dining Reservations Over The Phone
A Disney Parks Blog post detailing information about the upcoming dining experiences this holiday season, seems to also mention that making dining reservations using the My Disney Experience app and DisneyWorld.com is now the preferred way.
" Beginning today, due to their overwhelming popularity, the My Disney Experience app and DisneyWorld.com will become the preferred home for booking and modifying table service dining reservations."
It seems Disney wants everyone making their dining reservations through the app or website, as they go out their way to make a point that calling the Disney Reservation Center will just be for large party bookings, cancellations etc.
"Rest assured, as always, cast members at the Disney Reservation Center will continue to be available to help with reservations for groups of eight or more, same-day cancelations, in addition to other assistance guests may need, including Disney Resort hotel reservations, special offers, general questions and more."
