Disney Pulls "Avatar" From Disney+ Due To Cinema Return Next Month

Disney quietly pulled Avatar from Disney+ last week, creating speculating that it could be coming back to cinemas before the sequel Avatar: The Way Of Water is released in theatres this Christmas. Today, Disney has indeed announced that Avatar will indeed be returning to theatres next month for a limited run.
James Cameron's Academy Award®-winning 2009 epic adventure Avatar, the most successful film of all time, will return to theaters Friday, September 23, in stunning 4K High Dynamic Range. The film will play in theaters for a two-week limited engagement.
