Disney World Holiday Thomas Cook Collapse FAQ

Disney have released a FAQ page which answers some of the main questions about Disney World bookings via Thomas Cook.
It's now safe to say that every part of your Disney World holiday package booked through Thomas Cook has been completely cancelled. Thomas Cook has officially ceased operations, meaning all Thomas Cook Airline flights and Thomas Cook holidays have been cancelled.
If you booked direct through Disney, you can check for alternative flights and it will not change or cancel your overall package. If you booked the whole package through Thomas Cook, it has all gone. Also, you cannot transfer your hotel booking to Disney if booked through Thomas Cook (which is what we were hoping we could do). You'll have to rebook a whole new package.
Disney are doing their best to help guests, but at the moment the priority are guests travelling imminently. Especially as guests who booked free dining last year cannot simply rebook because the offer is only valid for 2020 stays now. Give them a call on 0800 169 0730 to find out your options if you're due to travel soon.
Remember, be kind and patient to cast members. They're going to be dealing a lot of (rightfully) stressed guests, and this is not Disney's fault, but i'm sure they'll do their best for you.
