Disneyland Paris Suddenly Suspends Annual Pass Sales Until Later This Year
News - DLP 30-Mar-2023
Disneyland Paris has unexpectedly paused all sales of their annual pass, sort of like what they've been doing at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort. Disney have said they are suspending sales as they develop a new product range to be released later this year, although it's unclear why they won't sell the current annual pass until the release of the new ones. This will be upsetting for some guests as many of them, including some of our readers, have trips booked with purchased 1-day tickets to upgrade to annual passes when they arrive in the summer.
However, if you already have an annual pass and have a renewal coming up, all current Annual Pass members are eligible for an Annual Pass renewal offer for a period of 2 months prior to the expiration date shown on their Annual Passes.
We are always listening to our guests and continually strive to bring new experiences and develop new products which deliver choice, flexibility and value for our Annual Passholders. We are currently developing a new product range based on the valuable feedback you have given us and as a result we are pausing sales of new Annual Passes. Our Annual Passes are only available to individuals who currently have a valid Annual Pass. We look forward to sharing more with you later this year.
In the meantime, you may continue to use and renew your existing Pass. Please note that the information in this e-mail is the only information available at this time. Our Contact Center will not be able to respond to any further inquiries on the changes to the program.
We look forward to seeing you soon at Disneyland® Paris and we thank you for your loyalty.
