The UK government (via gov.uk) has updated their travel guidance page with information about the travel changes starting today, 4th October. This includes the simplification of the traffic light system, which means now there are just red and green countries.
One of the biggest hurdles to travel right now in the costs associated with PCR testing. Starting today, that is being relaxed.
For fully vaccinated English citizens, you can travel to any green country and all that will be required is a day 2 PCR when return home. Some countries might require a test before entering, but most aren't unless you're unvaccinated. To view the full reviews of the country you want to visit, check out the gov.uk page and search for your country destination.
Starting later in October (so holidays taking place starting in November and beyond) it will be relaxed further and that PCR test will be replaced with a cheaper lateral flow test requirement.
In regards to Disneyland Paris, it's super easy to travel to France (only if fully vaccinated). You can enter France without a test, no pre-departure test is required anymore. All you'll have to do is take a day 2 test on return. And later this month, it will just be a lateral flow test instead.
