Although My Disney Experience is a very convenient and great way of keeping all your Disney World bookings in one place, the massive system is due glitches from time to time. A common one is the Stitch error, but that really does mean a temporary problem and you should try again later if clearing your cache or trying a new browser does not work.
A more annoying one, at least in 2018, is the "Sorry For The Paws" error, which doesn't seem to go away.
The error seems to appear when booking within your 10 days after your 180 day mark. (If you stay in a Disney resort you can book 180 days in advance, and also book the first 10 days into your trip after that.)
Sadly, there is no fix for this. I have been told two things by two different Disney staff members. One is was they are making upgrades, the second is browser problems. The latter simply isn't true, and the former seems like a textbook reply.
Either way, do not email for help with this. You won't get anywhere. All they do is tell you to call, and that's what you have to do. It is also is not worth calling technical support, as they just advise you to call up the dining team and make your reservations over the phone.
To make your dining reservations when getting any website errors, call Disney on 0800 16 90 748. (Even though its a UK freephone number, you will be put through to a delightful American cast member.)
You can also view their phone directory for all available numbers.
