TUI Says Refund Backlog To Be Cleared By End Of September

The BBC is reporting that Travel company Tui has promised to clear a backlog of refunds by the end of the September. This promise has made been following an investigation by the UK's competition authority. During to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has received thousands of complaints of long waits for refunds of cancelled holidays.

Following the CMA investigation, Tui said it would clear outstanding refunds by 30 September.
