Virgin Allowing Cancellations With A Full Refund Up To 31st October

We've been sent emails from our readers which indicate that Virgin intend to allow customers to cancel and get a full refund on all 2020 Disney World holidays, with a departure date of October 31st or before.

For holidays up to the 31st October, you can cancel your holiday.

We understand the impact of these changes may have made you rethink your holiday. For holidays departing before 1 November 2020. If you'd prefer to cancel your holiday completely, just let us know by filling out our booking cancellation form and we'll refund you in full.

Plese bear with us, as our teams will work on these in order from the date sent to us. Your refund will processed within a maximum of 120 days, and we're working to speed this up as much as possible.

If you have a current Virgin Disney World booking and you've not yet received this email, you likely will in due course.
