Walt Disney World has changed their table service restaurant cancellation policy starting this week. Previously, if you didn't show up to your reservation, or cancelled within 24 hours you of your reservation, you were charged $10 per person. Now, you have until 2 hours* before to cancel without a charge. This reduces some anxiety due to the possibility of being charged $10 fees if you're unable to park hop to a theme park you have a dining reservation for if it's full due to the controversial Disney park reservation system.
You can cancel your dining reservation online. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided at the time of your booking and in your email confirmation.
Restaurants offering advance reservations charge a $10 per-person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled within 2 hours of the reservation time, or for no shows. Each restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort maintains its own cancellation policy, so be sure to confirm the policy before finalizing your reservation. For additional assistance, please call (407) 824-1391.
This policy is subject to change without notice.
* This dining policy does not apply to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Victoria & Albert's and Monsieur Paul. Each of these venues have their own dining cancellation policies that remain as is.
