What happens if a ride breaks down when I have a Fastpass?
If you have a Fastpass+ reservation for an attraction which breaks down in your designated hour, one of two things will happen. Either you'll be able to come back at a later time in the day if it gets fixed, or you can ride another attraction in that same day.
If you have linked your Disney tickets to your My Disney Experience
app, you'll get a notification in the app and an email sent your email account with something like the image below, showing you what options are available to you.
