The 2020 free Disney dining deal is now here. Some of the room types and availability appear to be a little more limited this year, but I've made a list of the restrictions Disney have officially announced and some ways to get around them.
As always, you need to stay at least 5 nights to redeem the free dining offer (as if you'd go for any less then that) up to a maximum of 21 nights. If you want to stay longer than 21 nights, you have to make a separate booking, which means you will have to check-out and check-in again and change rooms.
Staying in select value resorts and get free breakfast. Free breakfast is actually one quick service meal credit, which can be used for any meal, even dinner. You do not get a gift card staying at a value resort.
Staying in select moderate resorts you get a $200 gift card and the free quick service dining plan, which consists of 2 quick service credits, 2 snacks per day, and a refillable resort mug. You can upgrade to the table service dining plan for £17pp/night for adults, and £3pp/night for children (prices may vary with other travel agents).
Staying in select deluxe resorts you get a $200 gift card and the table service dining plan, which consists of 1 table service credit, 1 quick service credit, 2 snacks per day, and a refillable resort mug.
Your check-in date to receive the above free dining must be between January 1st, 2020 - March 29th, 2020, or April 19th, 2020 - October 3rd, 2020.
A lot of people are disappointed the offer ends early this year. however keep in mind that as long as your check-in date is October 3rd and you stay for 2 weeks, you will get the free dining for your full stay up to the 17th October.
For those Autumn stays from October 4th, 2020 - December 23rd, 2020 you will receive 10% hotel discount instead.
You must book by 2nd July 2019 in order to get the $200 gift card.
