The Ultimate Disney World Tickets Guide

Our guide shows you all there is to know about Disney World tickets. Find cheap Disney World tickets, and learn all there is to know about what Disney has to offer, and what the Disney World tickets include.

The Disney Ultimate Ticket (For UK)

The "Disney World Ultimate Ticket", which is exclusive for UK guests, is the recommended way of experiencing Disney World. You get UNLIMITED access to all theme parks (and more) for either 7 days, 14 days or 21 days. The table below illustrates what the "Disney World Ultimate Tickets" include.

Unlimited access to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom
Unlimited access to both water parks. Typhoon lagoon and Blizzard Beach
Free Memory Maker is included
Unlimited park hopping between all parks and water parks
1 round of golf per day at Fantasia Gardens Or Winter Summerland
Entry to Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course and ESPN Wide World Of Sports complex
Access to Fastpass+

This ticket offers the best value because you're getting full unlimited access to everything. Even if you're not staying at a Disney World hotel and only plan to visit one park each day paying at the gate on the day, the 2 week ultimate ticket still works out cheaper, and gives you much more flexibility and extras. We have listed the base prices below, but the prices may vary depending on the seller. (Remember, children under 3 do not need a ticket.)

Disney World Gate Tickets On The Day

You have the option while you're there to purchase day tickets. The costs vary depending on the time of year. These prices are estimates. There are three ticket types. Peak, regular and value. To see exactly what dates each of these are, Disney have a FAQ page.

The prices vary from $105-$132 (excluding tax) per person per day. There's no memory maker included in the standard day ticket, no water park access, no park hopping (but you can usually add a park hopper option to your ticket for around $50) and no extras. If you leave the park, you'll be unable to return. As you can see, after 3-4+ days of tickets, you're much better buying the ultimate ticket described above.

Orlando Combo Tickets

If you're staying off-site or just going to visit all the theme parks Orlando has to offer, then the "Orlando Combo Ticket" is for you. It's a cost effective way to visit all Orlando theme parks. It gives you 14 days full unlimited access to 9 theme parks. Including all Disney parks, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Aquatica & Busch Gardens.

Prices start from £428 for 2017 and £505 for 2018. (They price match, too!)

Conclusion Summary

No matter how you plan to visit Orlando, buying your tickets in advance is a must. If you buy your tickets through Disney, you'll be asked to sign into your My Disney Experience account and your tickets will then be automatically added to your My Disney Experience app. If you buy through another provider, like Floridatix, you'll be given a ticket number which you enter into your My Disney Experience account. Buying your tickets in advance means you can properly plan ahead, and not have to wait in (even more) lines when you arrive just to get into the parks.

Other things you should be made aware of:
- Ticket prices go up each year, so it's best to buy them in advance if possible
- A ticket can only be used by one person, Disney use fingerprint scanners to authenticate you
- Children under 3 do not need a ticket
- All prices at the gate exclude Florida sales tax. This does not apply to the ultimate ticket, VAT is included.
