You need to acquire your vaccination proof. This will usually be in the form of a PDF from the NHS app. If you don't have access to the app or didn't book your vaccination online, you will likely need to contact your GP for proof. Using the NHS app, login and follow these steps.
Click the "Get your NHS COVID pass".
Click "Travel".
Click the "Download PDF Copy" link.
Whatever vaccination proof you get, it must show your full name, date of birth, date of vaccination dose(s) & vaccination authority (e.g. NHS).
Step 2 - Create Account
You must create an account with Prenetics. (Only one person needs to do this per booking.) You'll need your Disney reservation number. Once your account is created, you need to create a profile for each person in your party.
Step 3 - Upload Proof
From 35 days before sail, up to 48 hours before embarkation, go onto your Prenetics account and upload the NHS PDF for each profile you have in your party.
Step 4 - Wait
You'll then have to wait for your vaccination status to be approved. Don't panic if it doesn't happen right away, it can take a few days.
Step 5 - Download
When approved, you'll have a QR code generated for each person in your party which you'll need to show on embarkation day. You can either print or save it your phone.
