Fresh off the business press this afternoon from Bloomberg comes the revelation that Disney are struggling to attract cast members to work as housekeepers and kitchen staff. This is something that appears to be quite common among those industries post-COVID. Disney have made new job listings for these roles offering $16 an hour for housekeepers and $18 an hour for line cooks. Each role will also be eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days on the job.
