France Further Relaxes Entry Rules And Scraps Sworn Statement
News - Travel 31-Mar-2022
The French government has relaxed travel restrictions once more starting March 31st, 2022.
The United Kingdom has been added to France's "Green List" of countries, with means there are no restrictions for fully vaccinated travellers. "Fully vaccinated" for France means you've had two doses and a booster for those aged 18 and over.
However, unvaccinated travellers of all ages can now travel to France again, but are required to take an LFT within 48 hours of departure. (The test required is this one and costs just £17.) Children under the age of 12 are exempt from all these rules.
The sworn statement that had to be completed before travelling to France has also been scrapped starting today. (However, if you're travelling in the next few days, I would advise still taking one as it could take a little while before these policy changes get passed down to the UK airlines who are asked to check before boarding just to be safe.)
