Park Hopping To Return January 1st Without Monorail Service
[WDW] Park hopping is to return to Walt Disney World starting in the new year. From 2pm each day, you can visit another park if there is capacity.
Park Hopping is set to return Jan 1st, 2021. Another step of the road back to normality. The UK Ultimate ticket for 2021 will include park hopping, Disney have confirmed. However, the monorail service will not be available for use when changing parks. Guests must use the buses, boats or Skyliner where applicable starting at 2pm on each day.
As the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort in Florida continues, we’re delighted to announce the return of the popular Park Hopper! From 1 January 2021, if you’ve purchased a Ticket that includes Park Hopper benefits*, you’ll be able to visit more than one Park per day, with some new changes implemented to align with the ongoing health and safety focus across the Resort.
How does it work?
1. Make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first Park you plan to visit, using a Ticket that includes Park Hopper benefits.
2. Confirm Park Hopper hours via your My Disney Experience account. Park Hopper hours start at 2pm each day and end at Park close.
3. Visit your first Park.
4. When it’s time, visit another Park! Please note that this will be subject to the Park’s capacity limitations.
This updated Park Hopper experience allows Walt Disney World Resort to manage attendance responsibly and continue to promote physical distancing. Other enhanced health and safety measures remain in effect, including face coverings required for all Guests ages two and up.
Don’t forget, if you have a Ticket, or Package that includes Park Hopper benefits you’ll get the chance to see and do even more during your visit, which could mean a morning on the savanna at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and an evening stroll by Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park or starting the day living your Star Wars adventure at Disney’s Hollywood Studios before an afternoon traveling around the world at EPCOT.
