Prime Minister Boris Johnson (Via BBC) has confirmed that the passenger locator form that's required when returning from abroad will be reviewed this Easter. Currently, all adults 18+ must complete a passenger locator form within 48 hours period before returning to the UK. While children do not have to complete their own forms, they can be added to forms of their parents.
With all domestic COVID-19 laws and restrictions being scrapped February 28th, Prime Minister Boris Johnson was asked if these passenger locator forms will be needed going forward. He replied saying the forms will be reviewed by Easter, which indicates they could be scrapped altogether.
