Looking for Walt Disney World tickets and the best place to buy Walt Disney World tickets and can't choose between Attraction Tickets or FloridaTix? You're come to the right place. This is our Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix comparison guide for UK guests.

When it comes to buying Walt Disney World Tickets (or Disney Magic Tickets as they're officially known) from the UK, you have a few choices. We Brits have access to the incredible 7 and 14-day Disney Magic Tickets which gives us unlimited access to all four theme parks, two water parks, park hopping, Memory Maker and more - all of which we outline in our Walt Disney World UK Ticket Guide article. If you already know about tickets and looking to buy, then this guide will help you choosing between Attraction Tickets or FloridaTix.

Walt Disney World Tickets With Packages

While a lot of Brits book their tickets when they book their Walt Disney World hotel package direct with Disney or through a travel agent like Virgin Atlantic Holidays or TUI, other Brits - primarily of those who stay off-site - buy their Walt Disney World tickets separately.

Walt Disney World Tickets Options

Excluding buying your Walt Disney World tickets direct with Disney (which you can do by clicking here) there are two major players who sell Walt Disney World tickets based in the UK, and that's Attraction Tickets (also known as AttractionTickets.com) and FloridaTix. Both Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix are genuine trusted UK sellers of Walt Disney World tickets (we have used both several times over the years).

About Attraction Tickets & FloridaTix

Both Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix are legitimate, safe trustworthy resellers of Walt Disney World tickets. They are both authorised UK-based vendors, and whoever you decide to buy from will offer genuine tickets. Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix are seperate bussinesses owned by different companys.

Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix Similarities

Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix have a lot of similarities as they're both largely selling the same product.
  • Both sell genuine Walt Disney World tickets which cannot be bought at the gate
  • Both offer a paid extra add-on to cover changes and cancelation
  • Both offer buy now and pay later options, however a full payment is required in order to generate the tickets so they can be added to your My Disney Experience app
  • Both no longer offer physical tickets (neither do Disney)
  • Both accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal
  • Both advertise no hidden costs, booking fees or credit card fees
  • Both offer Combo tickets which combines Walt Disney World tickets with other theme parks in the area

Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix Differences

While there are plenty of similarities in their offerings, there are a few differences, primarily around how they handle amendments, cancellations as well as tickets add-ons. You'll have to determine for yourself which difference is better suited to your needs.
  • FloridaTix requires a £20 deposit per ticket while Attraction Tickets require a £50 deposit per ticket
  • FloridaTix requires full payment 13 weeks (91 days) before your departure date while Attraction Tickets full payment can be made up to 6 weeks prior to departure date
  • FloridaTix does not offer any free date amendments (and charges £10 for each) while Attraction Tickets offers two free date amendments (£10 per change after that)
  • FloridaTix "Peace Of Mind" protection costs £50 per booking (all tickets) and offers free amendments, cancel at any time protection and emergency phone number access. Attraction Tickets offers "Flex Plus" at £25 per ticket which offers unlimited date and time changes to your tickets, cancel at any time protection and emergency phone number access. Both offerings must be added at the time of booking and cannot be added later
  • Without the protection add-ons, if you cancel your booking with FloridaTix you will forfeit your deposit more than 83 days out, 20% of the total ticket cost 8 to 83 days out and 100% of the ticket cost (no refund) less than 7 days out. If you cancel with Attraction Tickets you will lose your deposit or £50 per person whichever amount is lower
  • Both offer a price match service with some differences. With the FloridaTix Price Match Promise they match their competitors' prices. T&C’s apply. However, price matches requests must be requested by the customer at the time of booking. Attraction Tickets only prices matches with ABTA or ABTOT competitors (which FloridaTix is not as they don't sell hotel packages) but can be submitted up to 7 days after purchase
  • Attraction Tickets will issue tickets as soon as full payment is made, while Floridatix can take up to 72 hours after full payment
  • Attraction Tickets sells Disney hotel & ticket packages (just like you can direct with Disney), Floridatix offers just Walt Disney World tickets

Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix Promo Codes

Both Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix regularly offer promo codes of discount codes which reduces the cost of tickets. Promo codes are always changing so it's best check both the Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix websites for up to date discount codes. For November 2025, FloridaTix is offering up to 20% off tickets with code MBF20 and Attraction Tickets is offering up to 20% off with code BLACKFRIDAY.

Book Tickets Direct With Disney Instead?

The option to book your Walt Disney World tickets direct with Disney is definitely an option. They don't offer any bells and whistles and offer a simple "the price is the price" offering. The only downside that readers tell us about with booking direct with Disney is you have to pay the full price of the tickets up front, they don't offer any sort of buy now pay later system.

Our Experiences: Attraction Tickets & FloridaTix

We have used both Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix for our Walt Disney World ticket needs. When you book with Floridatix, the email you receive is more playful and fuels your excitement, as you can see below.

Floridatix email confirmation

The Attraction Tickets confirmation email is more professional and concise, as you can see below.

Of course, the design of their confirmation won't be determinative to your decision on who to use (as you'll be getting your tickets either way). We use both interchangeably depending on price and availability. The majority of the time we book a hotel & ticket package direct through Disney, and we tend to use FloridaTix or Attraction Tickets when booking extras like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Disney After Hours. Attraction Tickets we use more for Universal hotel and tickets though as FloridaTix doesn't sell hotel stays. Each of the times we have used either company we've got what we ordered and had no issues.

Attraction Tickets or FloridaTix? (Quick Verdict)

  • Winner for price: DRAW - both offer similar pricing and discounts depending on travel date
  • Winner for customer support: DRAW - both offer online chat (with humans and not currently AI chat bots), email and phone support
  • Winner for cancellation cover: Floridatix if buying 3 or more tickets in one transaction, or Attraction Tickets if buying 2 or less tickets
  • Winner for free extras: Attraction Tickets - although the value of the freebies is up for debate
  • Winner overall: DRAW - there is not a clear winner, as we explain in our conclusion below

Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix - Which Is Best?

If the most important thing to you is price, then you can simply go with whoever works out cheapest for the dates you want to visit Walt Disney World. Keep in mind that every UK seller will have slightly different prices for different times of the year so it's best you check them all. Check direct with Disney, Attraction Tickets and FloridaTix on the dates you want to visit and compare the prices. If ticket prices are not a priority or the prices are on par, then:

Floridatix is the winner if:
  • You're looking to pay the lowest possible deposit to secure today's prices (£20 per ticket vs £50 with Attraction Tickets)
  • You want to buy protection cover and buying 3+ tickets (as it's £50 per booking rather than £25 per ticket with Attraction Tickets)
Attraction Tickets is the winner if:
  • You need longer to pay off your tickets (pay up to 6 weeks before departure vs FloridaTix that require payment 13 weeks before departure)
  • You want to buy proection cover and buying 1 or 2 tickets (as it's £25 per ticket rather than £50 per booking with FloridaTix)

Attraction Tickets Vs FloridaTix Conclusion

One thing to remember is that it doesn't matter if you buy your tickets through Disney directly, FloridaTix or Attraction Tickets you can have the peace of mind you will receive genuine Walt Disney World tickets that can be added to My Disney Experience.
