The Major of Orange County, Jerry Demmings, said yesterday at a press conference that the county's mask mandate (which was put in place June 2020) will remain in effect until at least 50% of the population is vaccinated. He estimated this could happen by June for the county, but more realistically by July.

However, it remains unclear whether Walt Disney World will change its policy even if the mandate is lifted.
