TUI appear to be letting customers know that their upcoming Florida holidays are being cancelled through October 2020. TUI's website is no longer letting you book or see flights until November, resulting in speculation they're not going to be running those flights. Starting last night, this appears to be confirmed as TUI has started sending out messages to customers with Florida bookings.

If your holiday has been cancelled, TUI is offering:

1) Rebook your holiday now with a £500 booking incentive
2) Receive a voucher with 10% bonus to use up until October 31st, 2021
3) Cancel and get full refund on your deposit

The message appears on the TUI app when you go into the manage booking/amend holiday section. It currently appears to only show up for customers who have booked online.

As many of us were waiting to see what TUI were doing about the pulling of the free dining offer, it seems that if the holidays through October (when the offer was valid until) are no longer going ahead, it means they don't have to deal with that directly.
