I was a huge fan of the 2018 Mickey Memories collection (ignoring Disney's handling of it) and was really happy with the quality of the Mickey plushes. Disney sell Mickey style plushes left right and centre, but when a really good quality one comes along is when I take notice.
They've taken what they've learned from the design of the Mickey Memories collection and applying it to other special or limited edition merchandise. That includes 2019's monthly Wisdom collection, and what this review is focusing on - the Donald Duck's 85th birthday plush.
You'll be happy to know the Donald has the same types and quality of materials used in some of the Mickey Memories collection plushes. You'll find that the November style Mickey Memory plush (which is actually still available) most resembles the materials used.
It's a really nice and well made plush, with soft touch material all over it and gives the appearance of a metallic beak and legs. Even though Mickey is my #1, Donald is slowly working his way up there for me, and happy to add this plush to my collection. The stitched badge on the bottom of his foot is really nice touch, too.

He is a limited release and will likely sell out soon.
