Yes there is. In all the Disney Resort Hotels and Parks (including Disney Springs) there's free WiFi for everyone to use without even needing a password. TOP TIP: We usually just put our phones on Airplane mode to avoid any unpleasant charges while we are there, the WiFi is basically everywhere so you can find the best way that suits you to keep in touch - either with each other or for bragging to friends back home.
