Ability To Modify Genie+ Selections Coming To My Disney Experience Next Week

Update: The My Disney Experience app has now been updated with this update.
Next week the My Disney Experience app will get an update which makes some changes to Genie+ & Lightning Lane. Currently, if you have a Genie+ Lighting Lane selection booked and you change your mind about it, you have to cancel and rebook. The potential issue here is the Lightning Lane time could very possible change or completely get booked up (especially on more popular attractions) by the time it takes to cancel your current selection and select a new one. In the new update coming next week, you'll have the ability to modify the time instead (as long as its to rebook to another attraction or time in the same park). That way your current booking stays live as you choose a new time.
