What's New For Disney After Hours 2027

From 22nd September 2026, Disney opened 2027 Disney After Hours tickets to general sale, so anyone can book regardless of where they're staying. Before that date, only guests staying at a Disney World hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan, the Swan Reserve, the Dolphin or Shades of Green could buy them.

The format is the same as 2026. Each event gives you three hours in Magic Kingdom, EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios after the park has closed to day guests, and your ticket gets you in from 7pm, so you can spend a few hours in the park before the event starts. Ice cream, popcorn and select bottled drinks are included in the ticket price. Disney limits ticket numbers, so queues are shorter than on a normal evening.

Magic Kingdom is the most expensive of the three parks, at $189 to $209 per ticket before tax. Twelve of its 19 dates cost more than $200, all falling between 15th February and 28th June. EPCOT has the lowest top price at $189, and both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios drop to $159 on their final nights (19th August at EPCOT and 25th August at Hollywood Studios).

Here's how the three parks compare, with the FloridaTix column showing what you pay in pounds through the UK seller.

For a family of four, that's £516 on the cheapest EPCOT or Hollywood Studios nights and £676 on the priciest Magic Kingdom nights through FloridaTix. Disney After Hours tickets aren't included with Disney Magic Tickets, so you'll need to buy them separately from your park tickets.

Is Disney After Hours Cheaper With FloridaTix Or Direct With Disney

Neither, the prices are on par. FloridaTix prices include VAT with no other taxes to add, while Disney's US prices exclude 6.5% Florida sales tax, which is added when you pay. Once that tax is added and converted at $1.33 to £1, Disney's price lands within £2 of FloridaTix on every date, as long as you pay with a card that has no non-sterling transaction fee.

Take the most expensive Magic Kingdom nights. $209 plus 6.5% sales tax is $222.59, which converts to about £167, against £169 at FloridaTix. Pay with a card that charges a 2.99% non-sterling transaction fee and the Disney price rises to about £172, so FloridaTix works out cheaper.

With prices this close, we'd book through FloridaTix. You pay in pounds, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no exchange rate changes or card fees to worry about, and you skip the VPN and Disney's US checkout altogether. The only reason to book direct is the $30 Annual Passholder and DVC discount at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Which Disney After Hours 2027 Dates Fall In UK School Holidays

If you're travelling with school-age children, the biggest catch is Magic Kingdom. Its final After Hours date is 19th July 2027, which is before most schools in England and Wales break up for the summer. In 2026, Magic Kingdom's last After Hours night was 27th July, a few days into the English summer holidays.

Here's how the 2027 dates line up with typical school holidays in England and Wales, with FloridaTix prices.

School Holiday Typical 2027 Dates After Hours Nights (FloridaTix Price)
February half term 8th to 12th or 15th to 19th February, depending on council Magic Kingdom 8th February (£161), Hollywood Studios 13th February (£161), Magic Kingdom 15th February (£165), EPCOT 18th February (£152)
Easter Generally 26th March to 9th April EPCOT 1st April (£152), Magic Kingdom 5th April (£165), Hollywood Studios 7th April (£156)
May half term 31st May to 4th June Hollywood Studios 2nd June (£156), EPCOT 3rd June (£149)
Summer Generally 22nd July to 31st August EPCOT 22nd July (£152), Hollywood Studios 26th July (£148), EPCOT 29th July (£145), Hollywood Studios 4th August (£145), EPCOT 7th August (£141), EPCOT 12th August (£137), EPCOT 19th August (£129), Hollywood Studios 25th August (£129). No Magic Kingdom dates.

Typical dates only. Term dates vary by council, and academies and independent schools can set their own, so check your school's calendar before you book.

Two more things stand out. The 15th February Magic Kingdom night, which falls in half term for councils taking the later week, costs $204 (£165), compared with $199 (£161) on Magic Kingdom's other February dates. And the summer holiday dates at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios include the cheapest nights of the whole run, with 19th August at EPCOT and 25th August at Hollywood Studios both £129 through FloridaTix.

Is There A Discount For Annual Passholders And DVC Members

Yes, but only at two of the three parks. Disney's After Hours page confirms that Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members save $30 per ticket on 2027 events at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Magic Kingdom isn't included, so passholders and DVC Members pay full price there. The discount is only available when booking direct through Disney's US site, which we cover below.

How Can UK Visitors Book Disney After Hours Tickets

Disney's UK phone line for booking seasonal event tickets doesn't cover Disney After Hours, which Disney confirmed to us directly.

"Currently the Seasonal Event Tickets that can be bought in the UK with Disney are only for Halloween, Jollywood and the Christmas Parties. They hope to sell the After Hours Event Tickets in the future!"

- Disney, 23rd September 2026

That leaves UK visitors with two options. The first is booking direct on Disney's US website using a VPN, which lets you reach the US booking site and pay in dollars. The second, and the one we'd point most people towards, is a UK ticket seller. Both FloridaTix and Attraction Tickets sell Disney After Hours tickets priced in pounds, without the VPN faff.

  1. Pick your park and date from the tables above, keeping in mind that Magic Kingdom's last night is 19th July.
  2. On FloridaTix, select the park, choose your date from the calendar and confirm your order.
  3. Check your inbox for the confirmation email with your ticket details.
  4. If you're an Annual Passholder or DVC Member booking EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, book direct instead to claim the $30 discount. Connect your VPN to a US server before you open Disney's booking page, then pay by card in dollars.

So What Should UK Guests Do Now

  • Book early if you have a specific night in mind. Disney says After Hours tickets are limited, and the 2026 night I went to sold out.
  • Book through FloridaTix unless you're a passholder. The price is on par with Disney's US site on a fee-free card, and you pay in pounds without needing a VPN.
  • If budget matters more than the park, the cheapest nights are 19th August at EPCOT and 25th August at Hollywood Studios, both £129 through FloridaTix. At Magic Kingdom, 11th January (£152) is cheapest, followed by 15th and 19th July (£157).
  • If you're in England or Wales and want Magic Kingdom After Hours on a school holiday trip, your options are February half term or Easter, as the last date is 19th July.
  • Passholders and DVC Members should book EPCOT and Hollywood Studios dates direct with Disney to claim the $30 discount, since UK sellers won't apply Disney's membership pricing.
