President Joe Biden has announced (via BBC) that fully vaccinated people can now go mask-less in most indoor and outdoor settings in the USA. However, this doesn't change the fact Disney can and does make its own mask polices for its parks.

Even with the president's announcement, Disney isn't ready to change policy quite yet. At the recent Walt Disney Company earnings call CEO Bob Chapek hinted at the relaxation of the mask policy this summer. Disney have already stopped temperature checks and rolling back other COVID-19 percautions around the parks.
