On their most recent earnings call, Disney has continued to praise their controversial park pass reservation system. Disney says they reduced capacity by 20% at peak times versus pre-pandemic levels, although overall attendance is up. In Disney's investor presentation, they continue to push the narrative that the park pass system "improves the guest experience".
