Disney has updated their website in regards to their reopening, and have announced that any bookings made direct through the Walt Disney Travel Company (via DisneyWorld.co.uk and DisneyHolidays.co.uk) can now cancel or reschedule their Walt Disney World resort booking without a charge for arrives through October 3rd, 2020. October 3rd was the final arrival date for the 2020 free dining offer.

To provide additional flexibility, we are waiving all Disney-imposed amendment and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through October 3, 2020

For arrivals after October 3rd, standard terms and conditions still apply. If you want to keep your current 2020 booking and still go to Walt Disney World (if flight bans are lifted), you will receive a refund of any purchased dining plan, or a reduction in price on the overall package.

Unfortunately, if you've already booked flights, Disney is not responsible for the airline terms and conditions, and depending on their policies, you have different amendment or cancellation terms. Get in contact with Disney directly for your personal options.
