Disneyland Hotel Limits Entry To Non-Hotel Guests Again

Only guests staying or have a reservation at Disneyland Hotel can enter the hotel.

When Disneyland Hotel reopened from its renovation only guests of the hotel could enter to make sure the experience wasn't hindered by the floods of theme park day guests checking out the beautiful new hotel. This was later relaxed, but now it seems to Disney has tightened up the entry requirements again. Although the Disneyland Paris Disneyland Hotel website has not been updated to reflect this change, it has always said "... they reserve the right to restrict access if it gets too busy."

In the terms and conditions of Disneyland Hotel it does state:

HOTEL ACCESS
1.1. Access Control: For safety reasons and to preserve the quality of the experience for hotel guests, access to the Disneyland Hotel is strictly reserved to:
• Guests staying at the hotel;
• Individuals with a confirmed reservation for a specific service (restaurants, Spa, “My Royal Dream,” seminar room, etc.).

It's unclear if this is just Disneyland Paris preparing for a busy Christmas season to keep the experience more exclusive for the guests staying at Disneyland Hotel (which is not cheap, but a beautiful stay as we share in our Disneyland Hotel Review) or whether they've had feedback and complaints about the public areas being too busy. If you want to have a look around there's no harm in trying to go in because as there's been no formal announcement, there might be quiet time periods they will let non-hotel guests inside.
