The Disneyland Paris "Zen Guarantee" is now called "Flexible Booking".

Some readers have noticed that Disneyland Paris are no longer offering their famous "Zen Guarantee". However, fear not! The "Zen Guarantee" policy is still active, they're just now calling it "Flexible Bookings".

Need to change or cancel your Hotel+Ticket package? We are currently offering the possibility to change or cancel your booking with full refund anytime up to 7 days before your arrival date (excluding insurance fees if applicable)

So worry not! Whether you book your Disneyland Paris Hotel+ticket package through Disneylandparis.com or your transport+hotel+ticket package through Disney Holidays you'll be covered and can cancel up to 7 days before for a full refund (excluding any insurance you opted to buy).
