For the Brits who enjoy visiting Disneyland Paris, the EU Version of ESTA - named ETIAS - was originally slated to be launched in 2023, but was subsequently delayed in into 2024. They had initially hoped for this new system to become operational by the end of this year or, at the latest, the beginning of the next year. That timeline has now become unattainable and ETIAS is now scheduled to go live in May 2025.
Originally slated to cost €7, it's unclear at this stage what the fee will be when the requirement finally launches.
