France will allow UK tourists into the country (via the Guardian) who have been fully vaccinated starting June 9th. A negative COVID test will be required as well. Children travelling with fully vaccinated adults only need a negative COVID test, although the age has yet to be determined, but the French documents hints it will be 11 years and younger.
France is currently on the "amber" list, which means you have to self isolate upon return, but that could change if these policies are starting to be made in other countries soon.
Disney are now taking bookings for Disneyland Paris this Summer, and allowing guest to cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before check-in for peace of mind incase France doesn't go green.
