France Cancels Disney Christmas, Disney Updates Cancellation Policies

France will close the borders to UK travellers starting December 18th, cancelling all UK guests Christmas plans at Disneyland Paris.Disney has updated their website with new temporary adjustments to our booking and cancellation policy. Since reopening Disneyland Paris, Disney has offered a "zen guarantee" which allows you to cancel up to 7 days before departure for a full refund anyway, but today they have clarified their policies for UK guests now unable to enter France.

Cancel your stay and postpone your date of arrival with the same Hotel + Ticket package, at the same price, and with the same components (excluding transport arrangements which you will be able to rebook at the prevailing conditions and price) for selected arrivals until 30 March 2022, (excluding the period from 16 December 2021 to 8 January 2022), subject to hotel availability on the selected dates

Or cancel your stay and you will receive a full refund.

Or use all money paid to go towards rebooking your Hotel + Tickets package or a Hotel room only (without Park Tickets) for an arrival date from 31 March 2022 onwards at the prevailing price and conditions.

This policy applies whether you've booked through Disneylandparis.com or through Disney Holidays UK.
