What Is the Free Minnie Van Offer?
We all miss Disney's Magical Express - and while the Mears Connect service is fine, nothing quite beat coming off a long flight at MCO, heading downstairs, and seeing a row of Disney coaches waiting for you. Those were good times.
Minnie Van is Disney's private transfer service - polka-dot branded cars that take you door to door between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and your Disney resort, no sharing with strangers, no waiting around. Normally you pay for it. On 21st April, you might not have to.
When the free dining and drinks offer opens on 21st April, the first 2,500 guests who book a qualifying package at a Moderate or Deluxe Resort direct with Disney will receive a free one-way Minnie Van arrival transfer from MCO included with their booking. It covers up to 6 guests per booking.

What Are the Conditions?
A few things worth being clear on before you get too excited:
The offer is only available on bookings made direct with Disney Holidays - so if you are booking through a third party, this will not apply to you.
Your flight must arrive into Orlando International Airport (MCO). That covers most UK direct routes to Orlando - Virgin Atlantic flies into MCO, British Airways flies into MCO, and most scheduled carriers do too. You do not need to have flights included in your Disney package to qualify, but your arrival airport must be MCO - so if you are flying into Melbourne with TUI instead, this offer will not apply.
It is also subject to operational capacity - Disney has flagged that if your Minnie Van transfer is confirmed but later becomes unavailable, they will either substitute it with a one-way return Minnie Van transfer or apply a $249 price reduction (subject to exchange rates at the time). And it is one-way arrival only. You are on your own getting back to the airport at the end of the trip.
Which Resorts Qualify?
The offer applies to Moderate and Deluxe Resorts only - so Value Resorts (like Disney's All-Star Movies or Disney's Pop Century) are not included. If you are already planning to stay somewhere like Port Orleans, Coronado Springs, the Wilderness Lodge or one of the monorail loop hotels, you are in the right bracket.
If a Moderate or Deluxe stay is already on your radar, it is worth checking availability as soon as the offer goes live - 2,500 spots sounds like a lot until you remember how many people are waiting for this offer to open.
Is There Anything Else in the Offer?
This offer is alongside the free dining and drinks offer for 2027 which also includes up to a £400 saving as well.
How to Book
The offer opens on 21st April and is available direct with Disney Holidays. Given the 2,500 cap, if this is something you want it is probably not worth leaving it a few days to think about.
