Disney currently has a strict face-covering policy that all guests must adhere to help keep the parks as safe as possible during the pandemic. While there are some conditions (like asthma) where wearing a face covering isn't feasible, Disney is now telling those guests not to visit the parks at this time. The Disney website guidance has been updated to reflect this change.
Acceptable face coverings must be worn over your nose and mouth at all times except in designated areas. If you're unable to do this, please reschedule your Walt Disney World visit to a later time.
