The H2OPlus products guests love at Disney Park resorts and on Disney Cruise Line appears to be coming to an end. On their website, the brand announced they made the very difficult decision to retire the brand at the end of 2022.
After 30+ amazing years of innovation, we have made the very difficult decision to retire the brand at the end of the year.
It's unclear at this point what products Disney will replace them with. However, in a press release the company did say they would fulfill obligation to supply products during the second half of 2023.
Going forward, H2O Plus will fulfill its obligation to supply products in accordance with agreements with its business partners, and proceed with dissolution procedures during the second half of 2023. Subsequently, the liquidation will be concluded upon the completion of the necessary procedures.
