The Walt Disney World web page for the Hollywood & Vine restaurant at Disney's Hollywood Studios has been updated to remove any mention of the Disney Junior character breakfast featuring Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, and Fancy Nancy.
Hollywood & Vine is still offering character breakfast but will feature Minnie's Seasonal Dine, the same as they do for lunch and dinner. The characters that usually appear at Hollywood & Vine Seasonal Dine are Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto (occasionally Donald Duck instead of Goofy).
