Back in October 2024 Disney announced they would begin testing the Lightning Lane Premier Pass at Walt Disney World.

It works similarly to the Universal Studios Florida Express Pass, when after purchasing, it gives guests one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction for the day. This includes both Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions. It is only available for one park, so park hopping won't be an option. With Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests will not need to choose specific time slots and are free to enter the attractions at any time they choose. The cost for this service ranges from $129 to $449 per guest, per day.

Due to the cost of the service, it originally was only targeted to guests more likely to afford it who were staying at Disney's deluxe hotels. Over the last couple of months Disney has begun expanding the service to guests staying at other Walt Disney World resorts.

Starting today, January 21st, the service is now available to all guests - no matter if you're staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel or not.
