A new restaurant is currently being built at the entrance to Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios, named "Roundup Rodeo BBQ Restaurant". This new table-service restaurant, coming in 2020, will immerse guests with their favourite toy pals in the western atmosphere of Woody's Roundup. You might spot some of your favourite Disney-Pixar characters scattered throughout the restaurant in the form of toys and game pieces, and hopefully, some air-conditioning.
If you look at the original concept art (displayed below) you'll notice some buildings near the entrance (bottom right) that never made it into the finished land, so it's likely this restaurant was in the original plans, but got shelved due to rumoured budget cuts due to the cost of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at the time of construction.
