With Universal Studios Orlando dropping all face covering requirements for vaccinated guests, eyes are on Disney for when they will relax the face covering rules. At the time of writing, guests do not need to wear a face covering if outside (in most settings), but must continue to wear one inside.
Today, another step has been made to relieve cast members of face covering requirements. Cast members in jobs outside where they can continuously maintain a 2 meter distance from guests (think lifeguards patrols, parking attendants etc) no longer need to wear face coverings. They of course must keep a face covering with them incase they do go near guests.
