Here's another cancellation post which I didn't think I'd make again. This evening we've been forwarded emails which have been sent to TUI
customers, as well as discussions happening on our Facebook Group
is cancelling some Florida holidays
through April 2022.
This email is being sent to some customers with Florida holidays booked
next March and April. The email is quoted below which was sent to a reader with a Florida holiday booked for April 14th, 2022.
We'd like to extend a personal thank you for your understanding and support in these truly extraordinary times. As we move towards the new norm, we fully appreciate that you will be looking ahead to your winter break. Due to the impact of the pandemic on the demand for travel we have reviewed our entire programme over the next 6 months. This review has taken into consideration:
- Government travel advice
- Entry requirements and local restrictions for our holiday destinations
- If your chosen hotel will be open
- Customer demand for your chosen flight or destination
As a result of this review, unfortunately your holiday has been cancelled. We understand this is disappointing and apologise for any inconvenience caused. It may be that we are still flying to your destination from an alternative UK airport on the same or a different day of the week. In some instances we may still have flights from your original airport so please check www.tul.co.uk/holidays/where.can-i.go-on-holiday, webpage for details. We will not be operating to any red destinations.
