TUI has officially announced the cancellation of all holidays with TUI flights to Florida for the rest of 2020. We shared this morning that customers were seeing cancellation information on the TUI app, but now that is been extended to in-store bookings and an official statement on the website.
The in-store email (that we received) is a little different than if you booked online.
If you booked online, you appear to be offered:
1) Rebook your holiday now with a £500 booking incentive
2) Receive a voucher with 10% bonus to use up until October 31st, 2021
3) Cancel and get full refund on your deposit and any balance paid
If you booked in-store, you appear to be offered:
1) Rebook your holiday and receive a 10% booking incentive
2) Receive a voucher with 10% bonus to use up until October 31st, 2021
3) Cancel and get full refund on your deposit and any balance paid
