The Sun is reporting that their airline sources are saying that a bilateral agreement will come into force on the day of the next update on the UK's traffic light system between the UK and the USA.

The UK Transport Secretary announced last month that international travel could resume on May 17th, but only a handful of countries were on the green list. He also announced that there would be a review of the green country list every 3 weeks, which means the next review will happen on June 7th.

The USA was not put on the green list for May 17th travel, but The Sun is suggesting they will be made green on the next review for travel starting June 7th.
