Virgin Atlantic has announced that it intends to resume scheduled passenger flights from the UK on 20th July. As announced last month, Virgin is no longer flying from Gatwick, and is instead flying from Heathrow.

The flights to resume operation will be flights from London Heathrow to New York, Los Angeles, Orlando, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Virgin have said there will be additional measure put in place like extra cleaning, temperature screening and more.

Virgin must be confident that the "essential only" travel restrictions currently in place will be lifted by then, but the question on the 14-day quarantine when returning to the UK remains in the air.

If you plan not to continue with your Walt Disney World holiday for 2020, you must tell Virgin by June 8th 2020 to reschedule.
