Disneyland Paris has announced that starting April 18th, 2025, guests will have to utilise a virtual queue system through the Disneyland Paris app to meet certain characters at the parks. The system they use for the Hero Training Center in Avengers Campus is n ow being extended to more character locations.

Starting April 18th, 2025, Stitch at Videopolis (as part of the Disney Music Festival) will require a virtual queue. Over the following weeks the below meet and greets will also require a virtue queue.

To enter a virtue queue guests will have to use the Disneyland Paris app, link your tickets, and then reserve a time slot (for up to 6 guests) when you scan into the park. Guests can reserve up to 5 meet and greets per day, but only one at a time, and not more than each character once. Guests will receive notifications when their turn is approaching. Guests without a smartphone may request assistance from a Cast Member at the relevant meet-and-greet location (subject to availability).
