Disney has inevitably announced that Walt Disney World resort will not be reopening on April 1st as originally planned. The Coronavirus pandemic has caused the world to grind to a halt, and as we just begin to enter the peak weeks of infection it's no surprise to anyone Disney has extended the closure of the parks.

Disney have extended the closure to no particular date. Walt Disney World is closed until further notice.

Cast members will be paid through April 18.

Disney's official travel information section on their website is the best place to keep up to date with closure information and refund policies.
