Over the summer, Walt Disney World has seen the return of many character meet and greets and character dining. While there's still a few characters yet to return, two characters are now back at their meet and greet location meeting guests. Winnie the Pooh and Tigger have returned to their Magic Kingdom location according to the My Disney Experience app starting today.
