How The Disney Dining And Merchandise Credit Works And How To Retrieve It
Guide 31-May-2022
If you've booked a Walt Disney World holiday during a promotion where you're given Disney Dining & Merchandise Credit, here's all you need to know.
Disney Dining & Merchandise Credit has been made even better. Last year, the credit could only be used for dining, but for 2023 the credit can used for both dining and at merchandise locations around Walt Disney World.
How Do I Retrieve It?
When you check-in to your Disney Resort hotel, your Disney Dining & Merchandise Credit will be given to you in the form of a Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card. Your credit will expire 1st January 2024, so you can use it at any time during your 2023 stay.
How Do I Use It?
You simply give your Walt Disney World Resort Dining & Shopping Promo Card to the cast member and they'll process the transaction for you.
Where Can I Spend It?
The Disney Dining & Merchandise Credit isn't as expansive as a Disney Gift Card, meaning it can only be spent at Walt Disney World dining and merchandise locations. There are over 350+ dining and merchandise locations throughout the theme parks, water parks, resorts, and Disney Springs you can redeem this credit. It can be used on food, drink, gratuity, and almost all merchandise.
